St George’s Daycare Clinic is a facility providing quality inpatient care to the residents of Pafos ,ex patriots and tourist population . Our intention is to maintain the reputation as being one of the leading Clinics in Cyprus through a planned internal development and a continuous system implementation program.
This is achieved through the employment of qualified medical and support personnel, continuous education and training, applying the latest technology and ensuring our patient requirements and their expectations exceeded.
All employees have been made aware of our operational goals and practising standards applicable to this Quality Policy. All our suppliers, whether of products or services, have been assessed against our requirements to ensure that they fulfil our operational standards.
Patient satisfaction and well-being is achieved through the maintenance of the highest possible medical and ethical standards and through the provision of the highest possible quality nursing care.
The effectiveness of our services and patient satisfaction is monitored through patient questionnaires, patient and doctor discussions and the establishment of a patient’s support group.
Every employee, whether in management or medical services is fully aware of this quality policy and all procedures and instructions defined within. To ensure that all Hospital’s procedures and instructions operate effectively, we undertake planned internal audits as defined within this Quality Management System (QMS). The aim of this system is to take the uncertainty out of working procedures, to make sure they work every time, with fail-safe back-up where required.
The QMS adopted by the St George’s Daycare Clinic adopts the requirements defined within the BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 Quality System Standard.
